The Booking Process

Let us know your requirements
When you send through a booking enquiry, we will let you know what is available and offer any assistance you require.

Secure your dates
Once you are happy with your booking, we will take a £150 deposit to secure your dates. This can be by card over the phone or by bank transfer. This amount is non-refundable, but will be deducted from your remaining balance. At this time, we will also take your basic details (contact details etc).

Pay the balance
6 weeks before your departure date, the full balance of your hire amount is due. Again, this can be paid by credit/debit card over the phone or by bank transfer. We will call you on the number provided when this is due.

Driving license check
2 weeks before your departure date, we will call you to check the driving licenses of the people wishing to drive the motorhome. This is a quick, simple online process. Click the button to read more about this process.

Departure
When you come to collect the motorhome, you are welcome to leave your car on our premises (please let us know in advance). You will need to bring some basic documents with you :
- 2 recent proofs of home address (utility bills or credit card/bank statements) with your name and address dated within the last 60 days. (This is required for the hirer and all drivers)
- If you are going to Europe (please let us know at the time of booking) then please bring your passport as we will need to copy this before you leave
- UK drivers license for each driver of the motorhome
You will also be required to pay a £1000 refundable security deposit which is payable by credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer. If you pay this by credit/debit card then the money does not leave your account, it is just authorised by your bank to do so if required. (eg – if the motorhome is returned damaged)
