How do I make a booking:
To make a booking, please fill in the form on the contact us page or call us (We only take bookings over the phone although enquiries are welcomed via both email and phone).

When do I pay the booking deposit:
The booking deposit is payable at time of booking via credit/debit card or bank transfer. This secures your dates.

How and when do I pay the security deposit:
The security deposit is taken when you arrive to collect the motorhome. It is payable by credit/debit card only and is taken as a bond which means that the money does not leave your account, but is authorised to do so by your bank in case it is required.

What happens to my deposit if I cancel:
If you decide to cancel your booking, the booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances (unless we cannot supply you with the vehicle). If you cancel within 6 weeks of the commencement of your hire period, all monies paid are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the commencement of your hire period all fees are non-refundable. Hirers are advised to insure against unavoidable cancellation.

When can I pickup / when do I drop off the motorhome:
The motorhome will be ready to collect from 2pm on the starting day of your hire period and must be returned by 11am on the agreed date of return unless previously agreed. A late return fee is charged at £25 per hour.

What do I need to bring with me on the day:
You will need to bring 2 recent proofs of home address for the driver within the last 3 months (utility bills or bank statements are accepted), UK drivers license for the driver of the motorhome, £1000 refundable security deposit (cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer). Please note, without the valid documents the motorhome cannot be insured and will not be released. You will forfeit all of your payments.

Can I protect my excess:
There are many companies which offer motorhome excess insurance. They can be found easily with a quick Google search.

Can I bring a pet:
We do allow small, well trained pets, however we must be told at time of booking and an additional cleaning surcharge may apply.

Can I park my car whilst I am away:
We do have parking for your car, but please note that this is at the owners risk.

Can I take the motorhome in to the EU:
Yes, you can! This must be stated at the time of booking.

What payment methods do you accept:
We accept credit/debit cards, cash or bank transfer. Credit card payment will be subject to a 2% charge.
